We will be visiting the world famous concert hall - CARNEGIE HALL - on Wednesday November19. We will take a tour of the Hall, and afterwards visit the Hall Museum.

Carnegie Hall was built in 1891, and was funded by ANDREW CARNEGIE, an immigrant to the USA from Scotland. He and his family arrived here with almost NO MONEY. Andrew worked hard and built an enormous fortune through his involvement in a number of US industries, most notably steel. Now, CARNEGIE HALL is a world famous concert Hall noted for its fine acoustics. Orchestras and performers from all over the world strive to be on the Carnegie Hall stage.

WEDNESDAY WILL BE YOUR CHANCE TO VISIT THIS FAMOUS INSTITUTION AND LEARN ABOUT ITS PLACE IN AMERICAN HISTORY.


Carnegie Hall is located at 881 7th Ave, or the corner of 7th Avenue and 57th Street.
Subway:
N Q and R stop at 57th Street and 7th Ave,
F is at 57th St and 6th Ave.
B D and E are at 7th Ave and 53rd Street.
No. 1 is at Broadway and 50th Street.
No. 7 and S are at 7th Ave and 42 Street.

Please plan to arrive at 2pm exactly at the Hall, located on the corner of 7th Ave abd 57th St.

If you are late you will not be able to take the tour!
